What is Live in Care?
Live-in care, also known as Live-in domiciliary care, supports people who require full-time support to continue to live as independently as possible in their own home. A professional fully trained carer comes to live with you, providing personal care and support for a range of conditions, so you can continue to live life to the fullest and in the most independent way possible.
Choosing live-in care services for yourself or a loved one means you can live in familiar surrounding and with all your home comforts around you and usually locally to friends and family. This is why live-in care is widely considered to be the best type of care for people needing full time support with better outcomes for health, happiness and independence, especially for those living with Dementia.
Our charges for Live-In care provision usually start from around £1100 a week. This depends on the level of care provision needed and can often be much cheaper and less stressful than moving into a care home or other type of accommodation.
We often compliment our live in care provision with drop in visits from our other carers, to accommodate people who need two carers at times, or to give the Live in care professional a short break.
We work closely with NHS Continuing Healthcare and Social Services to provide Live In Care provision for our clients and accept NHS CHC and at times Social Services funding.
